. Sports educators with a Sport Educator’s State Certificate or a Professional Gym-Foce-Form Activity Certificate or equivalent

Requirements

. Have validated Matwork II

. Master the anatomy and physiology basics

. Knowledge of the right position and breathing methods

Goals

. Perfect the technical knowledge of Pilates for a complete master of Matwork

. Be able to teach Pilates at the advanced level, including the right positions of body

. Know the 35 movements of Pilates of LF’ Pilates Matwork III level and their options

. Personal practice, technical knowledge of movements, movement names, attention points, adapted visualization, objectives and motor muscles of movements

. Be able to recognize the practitioner defaults and correct them

. Be able to realize movement sequences at the Matwork III level, fluid and logical

. Learning the different positions to adopt in Pilates Matwork III

. Learning each movement, the different options, objectives, attention points, visualizations, motors and stabilizer muscles, the LF Pilates Matwork III movements and their options

. Work of individual realization of each movements

. Put into practice the teaching of each movements
